In case you haven't seen it yet (I hadn't) here's an Advocate Magazine write up on crystal entitled: The Crystal Party is Over.
Today marks seven weeks since my coming out about crystal meth. (I restarted my day count a few weeks into it to include alcohol. See Keeping It Real.)
Here's the tally.
Life: Better.
Relationships: Better.
Energy Levels: Better.
Health: So much better.
Finances: Doing alright.
Today I sat outside for a total of 9 hours, talking, reading, and relaxing.
I experienced meaningful connections with at least five people.
I got an hour-long upper body work out in.
I am happy.
